City Council to Discuss Potential Relocation of Concrete Plant in Southside
At the April 23 City Council Work Session, City staff will present information for Council discussion and direction regarding possible future developments for 840 E. Butler Avenue. The City of Flagstaff has been working to relocate Arizona Materials. According to the report, "Arizona Materials is seeking City support to move to 840 E Butler Ave across from Whole Foods Market." This proposed relocation aligns with the "Live/Make Center" as designated in the Southside Community Specific Plan.
