The City of Flagstaff and the Spruce Wash Flood Mitigation Team are progressing with flood mitigation efforts along Linda Vista Drive. The plan is to open Linda Vista Drive to all traffic by May 23, 2025, coinciding with the start of the FUSD Summer break. This reopening will align with the full closure of the Fourth Street and Cedar Avenue/Lockett Road intersection for construction related to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and City's Fourth-Lockett Roundabout Project. Linda Vista Drive is designated as a detour route for those affected by this intersection closure.
The City and ADOT are working closely together to ensure a seamless transition between these projects and their respective closures.
