Flagstaff residents are being encouraged to review and comment on the updated draft of the City's Stormwater Management Design Manual. This manual is designed to guide the design and evaluation of stormwater management facilities within Flagstaff's city limits.
The manual sets forth policies, procedures, and criteria for hydrologic and hydraulic studies, designs, and evaluations. The latest revisions aim to update terms and conditions from the 2009 version of the manual.
