Flagstaff City Hall will close to the public on December 24th in the afternoon, all day on December 25th, and January 1st for Christmas and New Year holidays. Other city facilities have announced their holiday schedules.
The Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library and East Flagstaff Community Library will close at noon on December 24th and December 31st. They will be closed all day on December 25th and January 1st. Operations resume after each holiday.
The Jay Lively Activity Center will operate with scheduled programming but close early at 4 p.m. on December 24th. It will be closed on December 25th but open at 10 a.m. on December 26th. On New Year's Eve, it offers a public skate from 6 to 10:15 p.m., and it remains open with programming on January 1st.
Flagstaff Aquaplex closes early at 4 p.m. on both December 24th and December 31st, remaining closed all day on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Regular hours resume on January 2nd.
Hal Jensen Recreation Center also closes early at the same times as the Aquaplex, with full closure on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, resuming regular hours afterward.
Joe C Montoya Community and Senior Center follows an identical schedule to Hal Jensen Recreation Center.
Cinder Lake Landfill and Hazardous Products Center will not operate on Christmas Day or New Year's Day but maintain regular hours between these dates.
City-provided trash and recycling services are suspended for Christmas Day and New Year's Day, resulting in a one-day delay for residential and commercial customers during those weeks. Services typically performed mid-week shift to the following day accordingly.
