Peoria, AZ The city of Peoria has launched a new video series, “Ripple Effect: Our Water. Our Future,” to increase public awareness of the city’s ongoing efforts related to water services.
“Peoria is laser-focused on protecting our water,” said Mayor Jason Beck. “This video series is to educate our community on the excellent work Peoria is doing to secure our water supply.”
The first episode https://youtu.be/dhHJv2UWW9A highlights the $170 million committed in this year’s city budget to support water services, including building new wells, adding new reclaimed water lines, expanding water treatment plants and adding new professional staff to support growing needs.
Future episodes will focus on water safety, conservation, and more.
