FOIA Request Sent to Coconino County Regarding Elections Voting Machines Pre-Election Test Report on October 30, 2024

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to Coconino County in Arizona on October 30, 2024. The request, issued by us at Coconino News, sought information about the county's elections voting machines pre-election test report.

We requested the records under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101 et seq., specifically asking for the data in electronic format. Our request outlined several key details we are interested in examining from the pre-election test reports. These include the date of the test, machine manufacture, machine model number, and machine status - whether it passed or failed.
