Winter parking restrictions in the City of Flagstaff will commence on November 1 and continue until April 1. During this period, parking on city streets and alleyways is prohibited from midnight to 7 a.m.
The restrictions are intended to facilitate thorough street plowing during snow events and remain in effect even when it is not snowing to assist with street sweeping. The ordinance is enforced by the Flagstaff Police Department. Vehicles parked in violation of the ordinance when it is not snowing will receive a ticket, while those parked during inclement weather may be ticketed and towed.
