The City of Flagstaff Sustainability Office has announced an upcoming Fix-It Clinic scheduled for Saturday, August 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Joe C. Montoya Community & Senior Center located at 245 N. Thorpe Rd.
Fix-It Clinics are community events designed to pair residents with knowledgeable volunteers who can assist in repairing small appliances, clothing, electronics, and other items. The event aims to promote hands-on sustainability and demonstrate how simple repairs can contribute to a more sustainable community.
In addition to general repair volunteers, the Sustainability Office is seeking individuals with sewing experience to participate as volunteers.
