The Spice It Up, Peoria cooking series continues in 2024. Professional Chef Larry P. Canepa teaches classes in the Willow Room at the Peoria Main Library, 8463 W. Monroe Street, on how to incorporate herbs and spices into your meals for the best flavor! The next class is Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 1 to 3 pm. The theme is “Aphrodisiacs, Spice, Sassy and Sensory Food: The recipe of spicing up your life, literally, is in your kitchen.” Learn about potent aphrodisiac spices and recipes that utilize them.
