In observance of the July 4 holiday, city offices, facilities, the Peoria Community Center, Rio Vista Recreation Center and both public libraries will be closed on Tuesday, July 4. All city parks will be open for the holiday. All residential trash and recycle collection for the week following the holiday will move to the day following the regularly scheduled collection.
