City of Flagstaff issued the following announcement on Sept. 22.
The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has been working with NewLife Forest Products, LLC on their New Class I Air Permit. Their public notice period is in effect from September 22, 2021 to October 21, 2021.
The following documents are available for public review
- A copy of the public notice.
- A copy of the permit application with supporting documents.
- A copy of the draft permit with supporting documents and applicable rules.
