Foothills Bank has announced Jason Royce as its new Executive Vice President Director of Retail Banking and Operations. The hiring is effective immediately.

Royce arrives with more than 22 years of banking leadership experience, emphasizing customer service, team development, and operational excellence. In expressing his enthusiasm for the role, Royce stated, "I’m thrilled to join a community banking team that’s deeply committed to serving our local communities with heart and purpose. Royce began his banking career as a Personal Banker and has fulfilled various significant positions, such as Branch Manager and SVP Region Bank President. Before joining Foothills Bank, he served as SVP Banker Connection Leader at Wells Fargo, where he led support operations for numerous retail banking locations and call centers. Royce holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
