City of Flagstaff recreation centers and libraries will close early on Thursday, March 13, due to expected inclement weather and poor road conditions. The facilities will shut their doors at 6 p.m., while the Jay Lively Activity Center/Ice Arena will remain open until 8 p.m.

In response to the winter snow event, the City plans to deploy all available equipment and operators. The primary focus for road treatment includes main arterials, major hills, downtown areas, as well as school and transit routes. Streets not falling into these categories are designated as second priority.

For further information regarding closures or updates, residents can visit flagstaff.az.gov/176.
