A section of Zuni Drive will be closed entirely from October 23 for two to three weeks. This closure is part of the City’s annual Road Repair and Street Safety Program. Initially, it was announced that the project would limit Zuni Drive to a single lane with flagging operations, but this has been revised to a full closure.

Motorists are advised to use Lone Tree Road, JW Powell Boulevard, and Lake Mary Road as detours. Pedestrians and cyclists should navigate through the work zone using a portion of the Bow and Arrow Trail.

Residents should expect loud noise and construction equipment in the area. The City assures that all possible measures are being taken to minimize disruptions for local residents and businesses.

For further details or updates on the project, visit flagstaff.az.gov/roadrepair. Questions can be directed to City Project Manager Jarrett Nelson at jarrett.nelson@flagstaffaz.gov.
