Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15, the City of Peoria, Arizona, hereby gives notice that it may adopt an ordinance/resolution to impose a new or increased tax or fee.
Credit Card Service Fee................................................ 2.80% / $1.95 minimum
(This city currently incurs, without recovery, fees associated with card payments except payments for development related services. With this change, customers will incur all fees associated with card payments for all services provided by the City.
The Peoria City Council will consider this matter at its regular City Council meeting to be held at the City Council Chamber, located at 8401 W. Monroe Street, Peoria, Arizona, 85345, on September 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. Following such consideration, the City Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said ordinance/resolution.
