This notice is to inform you that a utility rate increase will take effect on July 1, 2023.

For the average residential customer, the total utility bill will increase by approximately 9.05% or $8.23 per month. The breakdown of monthly rate increases are as follows: $5.54 for water and sewer (based on 3/4-inch meter, 10,000-gallon water usage, and 8,000-gallon sewer usage) and $2.69 for garbage and recycle.

For nonresidential customers, rate increases vary based on several factors such as meter size, usage, flow-based EPA charge, container size, and number of pickups.
