Coconino County Issues a Request for Information (RFI) to Help Inform ARPA Allocations

Lawyer

Coconino County has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to community partners to gather information on services and projects needed as the Board of Supervisors allocates American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to address COVID-19 pandemic impacts.

Please note that this is a Request for Information, NOT a Request for Proposals. Click here to access and download the Request for Information (RFI).

The federal government passed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to address the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to aid in economic recovery. The Coconino County Board of Supervisors has allocated approximately $5 million in ARPA funds to address COVID-19 pandemic community-identified needs.

Coconino County will use responses to the RFI as information for planning the County’s allocation of ARPA funds. Currently, we are seeking information that informs the County on projects and services that improve outcomes in the following categories:

  • Housing
  • Support for Vulnerable Populations
  • Behavioral Health Treatment and Support
  • Education
  • Business Support
  • COVID Impacts to Eligible Local Governments
  • Workforce Development

The Coconino County Board of Supervisors will use the feedback received from the RFI to further refine priorities in each category. Once refined, the County will issue a public solicitation, such as a Request for Proposals, for specific services.

All submittals are due on April 15th, 2022, by 5 p.m. Those interested in submitting information may respond to the RFI by clicking here. Please submit your information using only the submittal form found at the link.
