Sinagua Middle School recently issued the following announcement.
Learn the basics of making both tortillas and tamales in this short clinic. More specifically, participants will learn a brief history of tortillas and tamales, what tools you need, and how to make them! You will see the process unfold, then make some yourself. This cooking class will be held on Saturday morning at the Sinagua Middle School in Flagstaff, AZ. It will be taught by our incredible culinary instructor, Willa McAuliffe. The classes will explore a variety of foods and flavors leaving you craving more!
