Coconino Community College recently issued the following announcement.
Gouache, or opaque watercolor, is a water-soluble paint, similar to and compatible with watercolor, but offering the painter more options because white gouache can be used to make pigments look lighter, creamier, and more opaque. You will create your own still life - and what an array of fall colors to choose from: pumpkins, eggplants, sunflowers, aspen leaves, and so much more. Join Elaine Dillingham for guided exploration in gouache and let your creativity flow!
Students will be provided with a list of required and recommended materials prior to the class's start.
Due to the recent increase in COVID 19 cases, face coverings (masks) are required at all times while on a CCC campus, including in classrooms and labs. Current guidelines regarding face coverings and other COVID protocols can be found on the CCC coronavirus web page, https://www.coconino.edu/coronavirus, and changes to the COVID protocols throughout the semester will be posted in this location.
