W.F. Killip Elementary School issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.
Flagstaff Fire Department shout out goes to Engine 4, C Shift. Thank you for coming to continue educating our kindergarten students about firefighters and how to stay safe. Students enjoyed practicing how to Stop, Drop, and Roll. They also learned to stay low in a fire and to knock on a firefighter's helmet to let the firefighter know they are there and need rescued.
Engine 4 also allowed the students to see the inside of the truck. Thank you to all of the Flagstaff Fire Department for what you do on a daily basis and the extra you do for our students.
