Coconino Community College recently issued the following announcement.
Begin your day with energy and intention! Join Cynthia for a Pilates practice that will leave you feeling clear, relaxed, and ready to take on your day.
This in-person Flagstaff class will be from 8:30 am - 9:25 am on Mondays and Wednesdays from September 8th through November 24th. $145 for all three months, or $55 for just September, $60 for just October, or $60 for just November.
Class will be held in the Multipurpose Studio at the CCC Lone Tree campus, a hidden gem of a location with stunning views into the serene ponderosa pine forest. Find your focus and register!
Due to the recent increase in COVID 19 cases, face coverings (masks) are required at all times while on a CCC campus, including in classrooms and labs. Current guidelines regarding face coverings and other COVID protocols can be found on the CCC coronavirus web page, https://www.coconino.edu/coronavirus, and changes to the COVID protocols throughout the semester will be posted in this location.
