W.F. Killip Elementary School issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
We are excited to see all of the students again. Students will be joining their classrooms through Zoom for two weeks until we have rooms ready at the old Flagstaff Middle School building on Bonito.
During temporary remote instruction from August 23 to September 3, a Safe Learning Center (SLC) will be established for Killip students from 8:20 to 3:10 at the Family Resource Center located at 4000 N Cummings St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Transportation will not be provided to the SLC so parents or guardians will need to drop off and pick up their students. We will be offering before school care from 6:45 to 8:20 and after school care from 3:10 to 6:00. Breakfast and lunch will also be available for students located in the SLC.
If you need to enroll your child in the Safe Learning Center, please register at https://forms.gle/ksk1MMeC6ki4YTgWA.
If your child does not have their iPad or if you need a Hot Spot, they will be distributed from the Family Resource Center on Monday starting at 7:30 am.
Grab and Go breakfast, lunch, and supper will be available for pick up for all Killip students from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. outside of Killip Elementary School during remote learning.
For any additional questions or concerns, please contact the Killip front office at (928) 773-4080.
Thank you.
