True North Integrative Medicine announced on Apr. 6 that it will host a women’s wellness retreat from May 1 to May 3, 2026, at the True North Osteopathic Institute.
The event is designed to offer participants an opportunity to reset, reconnect, and restore through a variety of wellness activities and expert-led workshops.
According to the announcement, the retreat will include guided meditation and sound healing sessions, movement classes such as Qi Gong, breathwork or yin yoga, integrative wellness experiences, and workshops focusing on topics like hormone health and boundary-setting. Attendees will also have time set aside for rest and reflection.
Participants can customize their experience by choosing from several sessions including massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMM), infrared and vibroacoustic therapy, hypnosis, and reiki. Additional optional experiences are available such as a full moon walk, dinner in downtown Flagstaff, IV therapy and injections, as well as nature walks with reflection time.
