The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is collaborating with Transwestern Pipeline Company regarding the renewal of its Class I permit. The public can review related documents and submit comments during a notice period from September 2, 2025, to October 2, 2025.

Available for public inspection are the official public notice, the permit application with supporting materials, and the draft permit along with relevant rules.
