2800 S Lone Tree Rd, Flagstaff (Vaccines will be indoors in the main building in the commons area)
Saturdays Oct 8 & 22, Nov. 5 & 19, Dec, 3 & 17 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Clinic will offer
COVID-19 primary vaccinations for ages 6 months and over
Booster doses for eligible individuals ages 5+
A guardian must accompany a child receiving vaccinations.
No appointments are needed.
