Flagstaff Regional Medical Center recently issued the following announcement.
We are extending the temporary closure and limited hours of laboratory draw stations located in the NorthStar building in Flagstaff and at Northern Arizona Healthcare – Village of Oak Creek:
NorthStar: Currently closed, with a tentative re-open date of Monday, Dec. 7.
Village of Oak Creek: Re-opening Monday, Oct. 5, from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to noon on Friday.
