Yavapai Lodge and Trailer Village RV Park at the Grand Canyon National Park will reopen for overnight stays on December 17. This follows a temporary closure that began on December 6 due to necessary repairs to the park’s water infrastructure by the National Park Service. Despite the pause in overnight accommodations, the park itself remained accessible, and nearby Tusayan continued to provide lodging options.

Dan Cornforth, Delaware North’s general manager at Grand Canyon National Park, said, “While our dining and other daytime operations continued throughout the closure, we look forward to once again providing the full guest experience with overnight accommodations.” He also expressed gratitude for the patience and flexibility shown by guests and staff during this period.

Yavapai Lodge offers comfortable rooms and dining services, while Trailer Village RV Park provides full-hookup RV sites. Both are managed by Delaware North, a global hospitality leader known for its operations in national parks, sports venues, and other entertainment sectors.
