The City of Flagstaff has introduced an interactive map that displays the locations of short-term rentals within city limits, along with emergency contact information for each property. The new tool is intended to help residents and visitors quickly find owner contact details if concerns or emergencies arise. The map and additional resources on short-term rental regulations are available at Flagstaff.az.gov/STR.

According to city requirements, owners of short-term rental properties in Flagstaff must secure an annual license, pay a transaction privilege tax, pay an annual license fee, and inform neighboring properties about their plans to operate a short-term rental.

Questions regarding the regulation of short-term rentals can be directed to ShortTermRental@flagstaffaz.gov.
