Flagstaff Mall announced it will host a pet adoption event with the Coconino Humane Association on April 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., coinciding with National Pet Owners Day.
The event offers visitors an opportunity to meet animals supported by the Coconino Humane Association. The nonprofit provides spay and neuter services, vaccinations, and community outreach to support animal welfare in the area. According to Flagstaff Mall, “Through spay and neuter services, vaccinations and community outreach, this dedicated nonprofit works behind the scenes to give furry neighbors the care they need and the second chances they deserve. Find that magical moment when a curious sniff turns into a forever friendship.”
The adoption event will take place at Flagstaff Mall, located at 4650 N. US Highway 89 in Flagstaff.
Flagstaff Mall is described as an enclosed shopping center serving Northern Arizona along Route 66. It features more than 50 stores including Dillard’s, JCPenney, Hobby Lobby, Bath and Body Works, Foot Locker, Barnes & Noble and Maurices, as well as locally owned shops. The mall hosts free family-friendly events throughout the year and offers amenities such as free Wi-Fi, mobile device charging stations and a food court.
