Flagstaff Mall has announced a series of family-oriented events for March, offering activities for Northern Arizona families at its location on Route 66.
The mall’s upcoming schedule includes pet adoption events, interactive children’s activities, and a local pageant. Organizers say these events are designed to provide entertainment and engagement opportunities for the community.
Pet adoption events will be held throughout March at the Center Court. The Tuba City Humane Society will host an event from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7. High Country Humane will offer dog adoptions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, followed by the Coconino Humane Association’s event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 21.
On Saturday, March 14, families can participate in Family Fun Day featuring the Character Kindness Club and JCPenney Kids Zone. The Character Kindness Club will host a meet-and-greet with a Blue Heeler character from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., including crafts and additional activities for those who show a mall receipt or donate $10 to charity. JCPenney Kids Zone will run from 11 a.m. to noon inside the store, where children can make flower wreaths and collect pins; parents receive an in-store coupon.
The Flagstaff Navajo County Cinderella Pageant is scheduled for Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., encouraging girls and women ages three to twenty-nine to compete in categories such as interview, talent, casual wear, and formal wear.
Flagstaff Mall hosts more than fifty stores and regularly offers free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and various eateries in its food court.
