The Cinder Lake Landfill and Hazardous Products Center, located at 6770 Landfill Rd, as well as the Citizens Cemetery at 1300 S San Francisco St., will both be closed on Thursday and Friday.

The Downtown Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library and East Flagstaff Community Library will close early at 4 p.m. on Wednesday and remain closed through Friday. The Hal Jensen Recreation Center and Joe C Montoya Community & Senior Center will also close early on Wednesday and stay closed until Saturday.
