The City of Flagstaff announced on June 1 the completion of the Spruce Wash Flood Mitigation Suite of Projects, which are designed to reduce the impact of post-wildfire flooding in the Paradise, Grandview, and Sunnyside neighborhoods.
City leadership and project team members expressed gratitude to community members and professionals who contributed to the project’s success. To mark this milestone, a community celebration is scheduled for Friday, June 26 at 3 p.m. at Ponderosa Park located at 2512 N 1st St. Light refreshments will be provided during the event.
