Dark Sky Brewing Company announced a special Spring Equinox Dinner will be held at Atmosphere Kitchen in Flagstaff from 5 to 9 p.m. on March 18. The event features a three-course meal, each course paired with a chef-selected beer, for $75 per person.
The dinner is designed to celebrate the arrival of spring and offers guests an opportunity to experience seasonal flavors. According to the announcement, “Spring’s arrival is plenty of reason to celebrate, and Atmosphere Kitchen at Dark Sky Brewing Company in Flagstaff is serving up a delicious welcome to start the season off right. A special three-course Spring Equinox Dinner will be served from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18. Each flight of the meal, offered at $75 per person, will also include a 10-ounce pour of a chef-selected beer pairing.”
The first course includes asparagus bisque with smoked mushroom, creme fraiche and crispy potato. The second course features ricotta cavatelli with smoked lamb rib, spring pea pesto, parmesan cheese, zesty lemon and toasted sunflower seed. The third course consists of seared flatiron steak with shrimp scampi, braised radish, charred broccoli, lemon garlic butter and fried scallions.
Guests who prefer flexibility can select individual courses as small bites paired with the corresponding beer instead of opting for the full menu. No reservations are required; attendees can visit Atmosphere Kitchen during dinner hours on March 18.
Since 2014, Dark Sky Brewing Company has offered an ever-rotating craft beer menu at two downtown Flagstaff locations: a beer garden for guests aged 21 and older featuring food from Atmosphere Kitchen and the original family-friendly taproom on Beaver Street serving wood-fired pizza from Pizzicletta. Dark Sky beers are also available across Arizona and southwestern Colorado.
