City of Flagstaff proposes new parking rates for downtown area

The City of Flagstaff has announced a proposal to introduce new rates or fees for public parking in the downtown area, known as the ParkFlag Parking District. This proposal is made under A.R.S. § 9-499.15 and the city’s authority to manage its real property.

A first reading of an ordinance to approve these changes is scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 211 W. Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona. The second reading may occur on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

“The City Council may approve, disapprove, or modify the proposed rates or fees at that time,” according to the notice.
