City of Peoria to Hold Stakeholder Meeting on Development Impact Fee Study

The City of Peoria has announced that it will be updating its development impact fees, and the first stakeholder meeting for the 2024 Impact Fee Study update has been scheduled for February 20, 2024. The meeting will take place at Peoria City Hall, specifically in the Pine Conference Room, and will commence at 8:30 am.

During the meeting, there will be a focus on two main areas of discussion. From 8:30 am to 10:00 am, the discussion will revolve around non-utility matters such as transportation, parks, and public safety. Following this, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, the conversation will shift towards utility topics including water, sewer, and water resources.
